SPINEN was established in 1997 with the goal of providing custom software and data solutions for government education accreditation. We were selected for this project for our expertise in database design, data collection & management, custom software development, data security, and Intranet implementation. We cut our teeth providing custom software services to grant foundations, the automobile industry, law firms, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, small business, and online retailers.

We provide services primarily in the areas of Internet and Intranet applications. The first step SPINEN takes for every client is the development of a system-wide strategic improvement plan. This plan ensures the client is provided with a cost-effective environment for their unique business model.
